*_وزیراعظم محمد شہباز شریف کی زیر صدارت مشترکہ مفادات کونسل کا 52واں اجلاس_*مشترکہ مفادات کونسل کی پہلگام واقعے کے بعد بھارتی یکطرفہ غیر قانونی اور غیر ذمہ دارانہ اقدامات کی بھرپور مذمت مشترکہ مفادات کونسل کی قومی امنگوں کی ترجمانی کرتے ہوئے بھارتی غیر قانونی اقدامات اور بھارت کی جانب سے کسی بھی جارحیت کے تناظر میں پورے ملک و قوم کے لئے اتحاد اور یکجہتی کا پیغام پاکستان ایک پر امن اور زمہ دار ملک ہے لیکن ہم اپنا دفاع کرنا خوب جانتے ہیں : مشترکہ مفادات کونسل تمام صوبائی وزراء اعلیٰ کا بھارت کے غیر قانونی اقدامات کے خلاف یک زبان ہو کر اتحاد و قومی یکجہتی کا اظہارمشترکہ مفادات کونسل کی سینیٹ میں بھارتی غیر قانونی و غیر ذمہ دارانہ اقدامات کے خلاف قرارداد کی بھر پور پزیرائیسندھ طاس معاہدے کی معطلی اور پاکستان کا پانی روکنے کی صورت میں پاکستان اپنے آبی مفادات کے تحفظ کا حق رکھتا ہے : مشترکہ مفادات کونسلوزیراعظم محمد شہباز شریف کی زیر صدارت مشترکہ مفادات کونسل کا 52واں اجلاس آج وزیراعظم ہاؤس اسلام آباد میں منعقد ہوا۔*مشترکہ مفادات کونسل نے نئی نہروں کے حوالے سے مندرجہ ذیل فیصلہ کیا ہے Decisions: 1. The Council of Common Interests endorses the policy of the federal government as given below:”Federal Governmet has decided that no new canals will be built without mutual understanding from CCI. It has been decided that the Federal Government will not move further until mutual understanding is evolved among the provinces.It is engaging all provincial governments to chart out a long-term consensus roadmap for development of agriculture policy & water management infrastructure across Pakistan. Water rights of all provinces are enshrined in the Water Apportionment Accord-1991 and Water Policy-2018; with the consensus of all stakeholders.To allay the concerns of all provinces and to ensure Pakistan’s food and ecological security, a committee is being formed with representation from the federation and all provinces.The committee will propose solutions to Pakistan ‘s long term agriculture needs and water use of all provinces in line with the two consensus documents.Water is one of the most precious commodities and the makers of the Constitution recognized this, mandating all water disputes to be resolved amicably through mutual understanding and concerns of any province shall be addressed through due diligence amongst all stakeholders.2. In view of the above, after deliberations, the Council decided that the provisional ECNEC approval dated 7 February 2024 for construction of new canals and the IRSA water availability certificate issued in its meeting dated 17 January 2024 be returned. Planning Division and IRSA are directed to ensure consultation with all stakeholders, in the interest of national cohesion and to address any and all concerns until mutual understanding is reached.*اجلاس کو سی سی آئی سیکیریٹیریٹ کی جانب سے مشترکہ مفادات کونسل کی مالی سال 2021-2022 ، مالی سال 2022-2023 اور مالی سال 2023-2024 کی رپورٹس پیش کی گئیں.*مشترکہ مفادات کونسل نے سی سی آئی سیکیریٹیریٹ ریکروٹمنٹ رولز کی منظوری دے دی.*اجلاس کو کابینہ ڈویژن کی جانب سے نیشنل الیکٹرک پاور ریگولیٹری اتھارٹی کی سال 2020-2021, سال 2021-2022 ، سال 2022-2023 اور اسٹیٹ آف انڈسٹری کی سال 2021, 2022 اور 2023 کی رپورٹس پیش کی گئیں.اجلاس میں نائب وزیراعظم و وزیر خارجہ اسحاق ڈار ، وفاقی وزیر دفاع خواجہ آصف ، وفاقی وزیر برائے امور کشمیر و گلگت بلتستان انجینئر امیر مقام ، چاروں صوبائی وزرائے اعلیٰ نے شرکت کی ۔___
